Shipping

We ship Worldwide and use the fastest shipping option based on your location. You can choose between Flat rate and Express shipping options. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days.

For US customers - we ship straight from our EU warehouse and Flat rate orders typically take 5-10 business days to arrive depending on your location in the US. Express rate orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive depending on your location in the US. 

Canada, Australia, and New Zealand customers - Flat rate orders typically take 5-14 business days to arrive depending on your location in the US. Express rate orders typically take 2-6 business days to arrive depending on your location. 

EU customers - we ship straight from our EU warehouse and Flat rate orders typically take 4-7 business days to arrive depending on your location in the EU. Express rate orders typically take 1-3 business days to arrive depending on your location in the EU. 

The rest of the world - ships from our EU warehouse by National Post Services or Express post (FEDEX) and can take anywhere from 5-18 business days depending on your location.

We ship all international orders by parcel post which makes it possible to track the parcel precisely. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition.

Taxes & Duties

Please note that when shipping to outside of (USA and Europe) the order may have to go through customs depending on your Country's customs rules. This procedure is not included in the approximate delivery time and additional custom tax may apply.
